The camera can pan, tilt and zoom and is ideal for homes, offices, restaurants, hotels and commercial premises.
Features
The Dahua SD5A825GA-HNR-B delivers images at a resolution of 3840 x 2160. It uses Dahua Starlight+ technology, making it ideal for challenging lighting conditions. Thanks to its highly light-sensitive image sensor, the camera still produces usable colour images with minimal ambient light, even in near-total darkness (0.005 lux).
The camera has a built-in automatic day/night IR-cut filter and, in dark conditions, switches on its built-in IR illumination for a sharp image even in complete darkness (0 lux). The IR illumination has an impressive range of up to 150 metres.
With 120 dB Wide Dynamic Range (WDR), the camera handles complex lighting conditions very well, such as backlight from the sun or car headlights.
This Dahua PTZ camera offers several advanced functions such as Smart Motion Detection (SMD 4.0). Intelligent algorithms distinguish between potential intruders and false alarms during motion detection, so animals, for example, can be excluded.
The camera also features Perimeter Protection, PFA technology and Auto Tracking. Footage can be stored on a network video recorder (NVR), among other options. The camera can also record internally to a microSD memory card of up to 512 GB (not included).
Dahua offers a free app for Apple iOS and Android. The camera has a built-in web server that can be accessed and managed with a web browser. Free Video Management Software (VMS) for your computer can be downloaded from the Dahua website.
The Dahua SD5A825GA-HNR-B is rated IP67, making it ideal for outdoor use. The camera is also IK10 vandal resistant.
For easy installation, the camera can be powered over the network cable with Power over Ethernet (802.3at PoE+). PoE+ can be provided by a PoE+ NVR, a PoE+ switch or a PoE+ injector.
The camera can also be powered with the included 24 V power adapter.
