The Hikvision DS-KD-ACW3 is a surface-mount housing for three modules of Hikvision's modular IP video intercom (Gen. 2). Use it to mount a modular door station on a flat wall where flush mounting is not possible. A common combination is a video intercom module with two additional modules below it, for example a card reader, keypad or call button module. The installation frame and cover plate are made of aircraft-grade aluminium, and the housing is suitable for operating temperatures from -40 °C to +60 °C.
The set consists of the installation frame, cover plate, screws, cable glands and the remaining mounting parts. The frame measures 320.8 × 107 mm with a depth of 32.7 mm. The housing fits Hikvision's modular door stations, including the DS-KD8003-IME1 and DS-KD8003-IME2 main modules and extension modules such as the DS-KD-KP (keypad), DS-KD-BK (call buttons), DS-KD-M (card reader), DS-KD-DIS (display) and DS-KD-IN (blank module). Flush-mount boxes are not included.
