The Hikvision DS-PDMCX-E-WE is a wireless magnetic contact from the AX PRO series for outdoor use. It detects the opening and closing of doors, gates and windows. The maximum distance between sensor and magnet is 76 mm, and the housing is IP66 waterproof and UV-resistant. The contact runs on a single CR123A battery with a service life of up to 5 years.

The contact communicates bidirectionally with the AX PRO hub via Tri-X wireless technology on 868 MHz, with AES-128 encryption and frequency hopping against interference. The range is up to 1.6 km in line of sight. You enrol it by powering on, via Remote ID or QR code, and configure everything remotely via the app. It features front and rear tamper protection, ambient temperature and signal strength indication, and an alarm input (NC, NO or pulse counting) for an additional wired contact.
