The Hikvision HWN-2104MH-4P(C) is a 4-channel network video recorder (NVR) from the HiWatch series with 4 built-in PoE ports. You can connect up to four IP cameras of up to 4 megapixels, which also receive their power over the same network cable. The PoE ports comply with IEEE 802.3af/at, with a total power budget of up to 36 W. The compact 1U housing takes one SATA hard drive of up to 6 TB.
Thanks to H.265+ and H.265 compression, you can record for longer using the same disk space. You can view footage locally via the simultaneous HDMI and VGA outputs at 1080p, or remotely via Hik-Connect. Synchronous playback is supported on 4 channels, and smart search within a selected image area helps you find events faster. The recorder supports line crossing and intrusion detection and automatically adds cameras once activated. It also has 2 USB 2.0 ports.
