The Hikvision iDS-2CD7A46G0/P-IZHSY(8-32mm) is a 4-megapixel DeepinView bullet camera with built-in licence plate recognition (ANPR), designed for barriers, car parks and vehicle access control. You adjust the motorised 8–32 mm varifocal lens with P-iris remotely. With its 1/1.8" sensor, 140 dB WDR and up to 100 metres of IR night vision, the camera reads number plates even in backlight and darkness. The aluminium housing is rated IP67 and IK10, and has a heater and an anti-corrosion coating (NEMA 4X).
The camera recognises number plates of cars and motorcycles in more than 124 countries and regions, at speeds of up to 120 km/h when mounted head-on. You manage a blocklist and allowlist of up to 10,000 number plates, and the camera also determines vehicle type, colour, make and direction of travel. For integration with other systems, the camera has a Wiegand output, RS485 and 2 alarm inputs and outputs. Perimeter functions such as line crossing and intrusion detection are also included. Recording is possible to a microSD card of up to 1 TB, a NAS or an NVR. Power via PoE (802.3at) or 12 V DC.
