The Safire SF-VIDISP02-7WIP is an Ultra Series IP video intercom indoor monitor with a 7-inch IPS LCD touchscreen, standard PoE power, and Wi-Fi, suitable for use in the Safire second-generation IP intercom system. The monitor supports the SIP protocol and has won the prestigious Reddot Award for its design.

Features
The SF-VIDISP02-7WIP features an IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 1024x600 pixels. It is a hard glass capacitive touchscreen. Up to six monitors can be used per apartment or house: one as the main monitor and five as extensions. The monitor has an aluminum bottom bezel with a mechanical button for unlocking a door. The monitor also records missed calls and allows viewing of IP camera feeds from the same network. It has 128MB of internal memory, and a microSD card slot of up to 32GB is supported.

Assembly
The monitor is mounted using the included wall bracket, including mounting hardware. If desired, the wall bracket can be installed on a Hikvision DS-KAB86 flush-mounted box (available under the 'Options' tab).
The monitor can be connected either wired via a standard 802.3af PoE network cable or wirelessly via Wi-Fi . Alternatively, it can be powered via 12VDC/1A (power supply not included). The monitor has eight inputs for wired alarm detectors and two outputs.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?

Regular business customers can pay by invoice. A customized arrangement will be made for this. Therefore, if you are interested, please email us at info@uma-tech.com.
