Why choose the Safire UTP5E-300-OUTDOOR-BC?

The Safire network cable uses high-grade 24 AWG copper wire for maximum quality, durability and reliability. It is ideal for Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications, as it delivers the required power efficiently.

The Safire network cable is a UTP (unshielded twisted pair) cable, meaning it has no foil shielding. Thanks to improved electrical products, shielding is not needed in most environments. A shielded cable is only recommended in environments with heavy electromagnetic interference, such as near large industrial electric motors.
