The UMA AIR-BH150-L4 is a professional active infrared beam detector set designed for both outdoor and indoor use. The set consists of a transmitter and a receiver, works with four precise infrared beams and is ideal for securing entry points or detecting intruders over long distances.

With a range of 150 metres outdoors and 450 metres indoors, the UMA AIR-BH150-L4 provides reliable protection for applications such as alarm systems, access control, smart home systems, intercoms and direct connection to the alarm input of an IP camera.

Advanced detection and alignment

The UMA AIR-BH150-L4 has four adjustable Fresnel lenses that can be adjusted up to 180° horizontally and 20° vertically. Aligning the beams is easy thanks to the integrated LED display. You choose whether an alarm is triggered when all four beams are interrupted, or only the top or bottom two.

Digital filtering minimises false alarms caused by direct sunlight, fog, snow or car headlights. The rugged IP65-rated housing ensures reliable operation in harsh weather conditions.

Installation and connection

The set can easily be mounted on a wall or on a pole. Brackets are included; stainless steel poles and heating elements are available as optional accessories. The unit runs on 12 V DC or 24 V AC and has an NO/NC relay output and a tamper contact.
