UMA AIR-BH250-L4 – 4-beam active infrared beam detector (up to 250 m)

The UMA AIR-BH250-L4 infrared beam detector set is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The set, consisting of a transmitter and a receiver, is ideal for applications such as alarm systems, access control, smart home integrations, intercom systems and IP cameras with an alarm input.

Functionality

The UMA AIR-BH250-L4 is equipped with four precise Fresnel lenses that can be adjusted both horizontally (180°) and vertically (20°). Depending on your configuration, an alarm is triggered when all four IR beams are interrupted, or only the upper or lower two. The built-in LED display makes precise alignment easy.

Technology and weather resistance

The detector has a tamper contact, an NO/NC relay output and digital filtering against interference such as bright sunlight or car headlights. With its IP65 rating, the system performs reliably in a wide range of weather conditions, including fog, rain and frost.

Mounting and power

The UMA AIR-BH250-L4 is suitable for wall or pole mounting; mounting brackets are included. Optional stainless steel poles and a heating element (AIR-VWB) are available. The system runs on 12 V DC or 24 V AC power supplies.
