This high-quality Cat6 network cable is designed for a reliable Gigabit network connection. It features 100% copper conductors and a durable PVC jacket, and is available in various colours and lengths.

Features

The cable has snagless protection for the RJ45 connector clips, preventing damage during installation and making the cable less likely to catch when pulled through conduits or walls. The moulded PVC strain relief prevents the RJ45 connector terminations from being bent at a sharp angle, reducing the risk of damage and degraded network performance.

The cable contains 0.5 mm (24 AWG) high-quality copper wire, making it well suited to Power over Ethernet applications. UMATECH does not use copper-clad aluminium (CCA) or copper-clad steel (CCS), which are common in cheaper cables and can cause problems with Power over Ethernet.

The RJ45 connectors have 50 micron gold plating for optimum conductivity and less signal loss due to oxidation or corrosion. This is a UTP (unshielded twisted pair) cable, ideal for most environments without heavy electromagnetic interference.
