The UMA EOC-EXT-200 is a passive Ethernet over Coax (EoC) extender set that lets you transmit IP signals over your existing coaxial cables, such as RG59 or RG6. It is ideal for reusing analogue infrastructure for modern IP applications such as security systems.

The set consists of two transceivers, each with a BNC coaxial connector and an RJ45 Ethernet port. Thanks to the fully passive design, no external power supplies are needed, which makes installation simple and cost-effective.

With the UMA EOC-EXT-200 you get a stable network connection up to 200 m over RG59 cable and even up to 250 m over RG6 cable. The maximum transmission speed of 10 Mbps is ample for transmitting video from IP cameras. Please note: the network cable on the end-device side may be no longer than 1 m.
