The UniFi Phone Touch G3 Touch Wall is an advanced wall phone designed for professional environments, with a sleek design and powerful hardware. It combines ease of use with high-quality audio and video, making it ideal for modern offices.

Dimensions and design
The phone measures 254.4 x 202.5 x 70.1 mm and weighs 1.1 kg. The housing is made of durable polycarbonate with an aluminium alloy base and comes in a stylish black finish. The device is designed specifically for wall mounting.

Display
The 7-inch (178 mm) HD screen has a resolution of 1280 x 800 and supports multi-touch. Its anti-glare coating keeps the screen easy to read in all lighting conditions.

Audio
The handset has a 32 ohm dynamic receiver with a sensitivity of 121 dB/10 mW. The omnidirectional electret microphone ensures clear calls, while the stereo hands-free speaker (4 ohm) delivers 3 W nominal and 5 W maximum output. Dual omnidirectional MEMS microphones support excellent hands-free communication.

Hardware and connectivity
The G3 Touch Wall is equipped with a powerful octa-core ARM® Cortex®-A53 processor, 2 GB RAM and 32 GB storage. It can be powered via USB Type-C 5 V DC (3 A) or PoE+ 44–57 V DC (25.5 W). The phone has two GbE RJ45 ports, 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac WiFi, Bluetooth® 4.2 for general use and Bluetooth® 5.2 exclusively for the Ubiquiti G3 Wireless Handset. NFC is also built in.

Camera and LED
The integrated 5 MP camera (2592 x 1944) has a built-in privacy shutter, and the device has an R/G/B/W LED indicator.

Environmental specifications and certifications
The G3 Touch Wall operates reliably at temperatures from 0 to 40 °C and 10 to 90% non-condensing humidity. The device carries FCC, IC and CE certifications.

Software
The phone runs UniFi OS and supports the UniFi Talk application, including Talk Relay, for a complete business communications suite.

Of course you are entitled to products that work properly. If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a free repair or a replacement, or we will refund your money.
