The UMATECH UMA is an advanced 4-megapixel Full HD dome camera, perfect for both indoor and outdoor applications. Whether for homes, offices, restaurants, hotels, or commercial spaces, this camera offers reliable security and crystal-clear images.

Excellent Image Quality

With a resolution of 2688x1520, the UMA camera delivers crystal-clear images. Thanks to the automatic IR-cut filter and built-in infrared illumination, you'll enjoy excellent day and night performance. Even in complete darkness (0 lux), the camera offers a clear view of up to 30 meters.

Advanced Technology

The UMA camera is equipped with 120dB Wide Dynamic Range (WDR), allowing it to effortlessly handle complex lighting conditions, such as backlight from the sun or headlights. Footage can be stored on a Network Video Recorder (NVR) or directly on a microSD card up to 256GB.

User-friendly integration

UMATECH uses Dahua's software, with free Dutch apps for iOS and Android. Easily manage the camera via the internal web server or download the free Video Management Software (VMS) for your computer. The UMA camera has an IP67 rating, ideal for outdoor use, and can be powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE) or an optional 12V adapter.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?

Regular business customers can pay by invoice. A customized arrangement will be made for this. Therefore, if you are interested, please email us at info@uma-tech.com.
