X-Security XS-V2421M-IP – IP Video Intercom Indoor Monitor – 7" Touchscreen

The X-Security XS-V2421M-IP is a 7-inch indoor monitor with a glass colour touchscreen for use in a Dahua or X-Security IP video intercom system. The monitor has a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels.

Features

With the X-Security XS-V2421M-IP indoor monitor, you can hold audio and video calls with a visitor at a door station, or between monitors. You can unlock two doors from the monitor. The monitor can also display footage from Dahua or ONVIF-compatible IP cameras.

Multiple door stations and indoor monitors can be combined. The Dahua or X-Security switch (Dahua VTNS1060A) that can be used in this system has 6 ports, so one switch lets you combine up to 6 door stations and/or indoor monitors.

The monitor has a capacitive (hard glass) touchscreen, like those on modern smartphones.

Installation

The indoor monitor is surface-mounted and is connected with a network cable to the Dahua or X-Security switch (Dahua VTNS1060A), which also powers the monitor. This switch is then connected to your existing network (access point, router or switch) with a network cable.

You can also connect the monitor directly to the network and power it with 12 V DC. A mounting bracket for the indoor monitor is included. Network cables are not included.
