The Dahua VTH5421HW is a white IP indoor monitor from the VTH5 series with a 7-inch capacitive TFT touchscreen (1024 × 600) behind 2.5D glass, in a frameless design. You connect it with a network cable (10/100 Mbps) and power it via standard PoE or with a 12 V DC adapter (not included). Two-way calls with the door station run through the built-in speaker, with echo cancellation.
The monitor supports SIP, RTSP and ONVIF. It has 6 alarm inputs, 1 alarm output, an RS485 port and a 12 V output (100 mA); each alarm input can also be used as a doorbell input. Video messages are stored on a microSD card of up to 64 GB, and you can receive text messages from the management centre and, with an SD card, images as well. Do-not-disturb mode can be scheduled by time and mode, and up to 10 extensions are supported in villa mode and 6 in apartment mode. The monitor is surface-mounted; bracket and alarm cable are included.
