The Dahua VTO2311R-WP is a wireless WiFi intercom door station and doorbell with a MIFARE card reader for operating an electric door lock. It works with the free Dahua DMSS mobile app, so you can hold an audio/video call from anywhere in the world. Features
The door station has a 2 megapixel Full HD camera with a 110° horizontal viewing angle, infrared illumination and an ICR infrared filter for good visibility in the dark. 120 dB Wide Dynamic Range keeps the image usable in backlit situations. The housing is made of plastic and is IP65-rated for outdoor use. Despite the IP65 rating, we recommend mounting the door station so that it is not in direct contact with water.
A sensitive omnidirectional microphone and loudspeaker provide clear communication. Besides the app, the system can be linked to one or more Dahua indoor monitors. When the call button is pressed, the door station sends a push notification to your smartphone and rings the indoor monitor. Live video can be viewed at any time via the app or a monitor.
The built-in relay connects to an electric door lock, which can be opened remotely via the app, an indoor monitor or with a MIFARE card. For a second door or gate, an external RS485 relay (Dahua DEE1010B) can be connected; this relay can also be installed indoors for extra security.
An exit button can be connected to the door station to open a door from the inside. Configuration and management are done through the built-in web interface in a browser on Windows or Mac. The VTO2311R-WP works with the free Dahua SmartPSS video management software (VMS).
A microSD card of up to 256 GB can be inserted to store images, snapshots and audio/video messages. Video can also be recorded on a network video recorder (NVR).
Installation
The VTO2311R-WP is powered by a 12 V DC adapter (not included) or via Power over Ethernet (PoE 802.3af). A suitable 12 V DC adapter can be ordered in the options on this page. For easier installation we recommend a female DC connector (listed under related products). A suitable PoE injector is also available in the options on this page.
