Fire and burglary-resistant to EN 14450 S2 or EN 1143-1 Grade 0–I. Available as built-in or free-standing versions, with double-bit key lock or electronic code lock. Shelves, dividers and LED lighting keep things organised; anchor holes make fixing to wall or floor easy.

Frequently asked questions about enclosures and safes

What's the difference between IP55 and IP67?

An outdoor enclosure often needs at least IP55 (protection against dust and water jets), while IP67 protects against temporary immersion. For outdoor use we recommend a waterproof IP67 enclosure.

Why choose a stainless steel enclosure?

Stainless steel is ideal for high humidity or corrosive conditions such as by the sea, offering a long life and good resistance.

Do I need ventilation or vent panels?

Yes – especially in 19-inch racks or enclosures for equipment that generates heat, vent panels or active ventilation help prevent overheating.

Can I place an enclosure outdoors without extra protection?

Yes, provided it's rated at least IP65/66/67, has a UV-resistant finish such as powder coating and is firmly fixed. Extra shielding from sun and rain significantly extends its life.

How do I anchor an enclosure or safe?

All models with anchor holes can be fixed to wall or floor with suitable fixings, increasing security and stability – especially for outdoor enclosures or larger safes.
