The Ajax FireProtect 2 AC White Jeweller with heat, smoke and carbon monoxide detection is an essential part of the Ajax Baseline alarm system. It is a reliable and effective safety solution for both homes and businesses, built on Ajax's advanced technology.
With the user-friendly Ajax app you receive notifications of alarms and events, view live video streams (if cameras are integrated) and check the status of all security devices. The app provides detailed information and is easy to manage with multiple devices and users.
The Ajax FireProtect 2 AC White protects your premises against fire and smoke. The smoke, heat and carbon monoxide detector sends an alert within one second when it detects a rapid temperature rise, carbon monoxide or smoke, and has a built-in 85 dB siren. Mounting is easy thanks to the pre-installed SmartBracket with WAGO 221 terminal. The device uses the Jeweller radio protocol for fast communication between the Ajax system components.
The Ajax FireProtect 2 AC White is a wireless detector that can be installed up to 1700 m (open space) from the hub. This range can be extended with range extenders. The device runs on 110–240 V mains power and has a backup battery with an expected lifespan of ten years, so the fire detector stays operational during power outages.
The detector features tamper protection and runs regular self-tests to report any issues immediately. Thanks to the HazeFlow 2 algorithm, the detector recognises smoke and does not respond to steam. The patented smoke chamber protects the sensors against dust and dirt, so cleaning is rarely needed.
