The Dahua ASF280A-V1 is a surface-mount electromagnetic lock for mounting on or in a door frame. It works fail safe: the door unlocks automatically in the event of a power failure. It is ideal for use with access control systems such as intercoms and card readers.
The lock is designed for versatile use. Mount it on the frame to keep the door closed, or on a wall to hold doors open until the power is interrupted. In combination with a door closer, the door then closes automatically when power is cut, for example during a fire alarm or after closing time.
A built-in LED indicator and a lock status sensor provide clear status information. Because it has no moving mechanical parts, the lock has an exceptionally long service life. With a holding force of 280 kg and a 12 V DC power supply (not included), the ASF280A-V1 is a reliable choice for securing your doors.
Matching mounting profiles are available in the options on this page. Please also refer to the datasheet in the Documentation tab for detailed information and mounting advice.
