The Dahua VTO3311Q-WP is a surface-mount IP video door station for 1, 2 or 4 call buttons, with a 2 megapixel camera and a MIFARE card reader for operating an electric door lock. It can be powered via 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE) and can also connect wirelessly over Wi-Fi. The door station is vandal-resistant.
Features
The door station has a 2 megapixel HD camera with a wide 125° viewing angle and an ICR infrared filter for good visibility in the dark. The VTO3311Q-WP is made of sturdy aluminium and is IP65-rated for outdoor use. A sensitive omnidirectional microphone and a loudspeaker provide clear conversations.
The VTO3311Q-WP can be used together with a Dahua indoor monitor, or stand-alone with just the free Dahua mobile app. Live video can be viewed at any time via the app or the indoor monitor.
The built-in relay can be wired to an electric door lock, so a door can be unlocked remotely or by presenting a MIFARE card at the door station. Suitable MIFARE tags and cards are available in the options on this page.
An external RS485 relay (Dahua DEE1010B, sold separately) can be connected to unlock a second door or, for example, a gate. The DEE1010B can also be used as the only relay and installed inside the building for extra security.
An exit button can be connected to the door station to unlock a door from the inside. Suitable exit buttons can be found in our access control category.
The latest firmware is available in English, Italian, Spanish, French, Dutch, German and Portuguese. The door station is configured and managed through its built-in web interface in a browser on a Windows PC.
The VTO3311Q-WP works with the free Dahua SmartPSS video management software (VMS) for Windows and the mobile app for iOS and Android. A microSD card of up to 256 GB can be inserted to record snapshots and audio/video messages; suitable microSD cards are available in the options on this page. Images can also be uploaded to an FTP server, and the camera stream can be recorded on a network video recorder (NVR).
Installation
The VTO3311Q-WP is powered by a 12 V DC adapter (not included) or via PoE (802.3af). A suitable 12 V DC adapter can be ordered in the options on this page. For easier installation we recommend also ordering a female DC connector, likewise available in the options. Suitable PoE injectors and switches can be found there as well.
A small optional rain hood and a button cover are included. With the button cover you can choose to work with one, two or four call buttons. A red/brown (VTM58) or blue (VTM57) surface-mount box can also be used; it is available in the options on this page.
