The Hikvision DS-1253ZJ-L is a rain cover for dome cameras installed outdoors. It protects the camera from rain and sun and is made of glass-fibre reinforced plastic (PP with 30% glass fibre) in Hikvision white. It has a diameter of 225.1 mm and a height of 98 mm, weighs just 198 g and is rainproof.

A water drainage design prevents rainwater from running over the camera. The cover also blocks direct sunlight, which improves image quality, and reduces the risk of freezing. It is rainproof and withstands wind force 6 (Beaufort). The DS-1253ZJ-L is designed for the wall mounts of the Hikvision DS-1273ZJ series, such as the DS-1273ZJ-135. Install the wall mount with cover on a flat wall that can bear at least three times the total weight of the camera and accessories.
