The UniFi Intercom Viewer is an advanced and elegant solution for modern access control. Designed with attention to detail and reliability, it offers a clear touchscreen, excellent audio and seamless integration with UniFi Access systems.

Compact and durable design
Measuring 135 x 72 x 31.8 mm and weighing just 168 g, the Intercom Viewer fits effortlessly into any setting. The housing is made of glass and polycarbonate, while the mounting hardware is made of high-quality aluminium alloy for optimum sturdiness. Wall mounting is fully supported (mounting hardware included); gang box mounting is possible, but the gang box itself is not included.

Powerful hardware
The UniFi Intercom Viewer has a 10/100 Mbps RJ45 network port with an Ethernet management interface. It is powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE) at 48 V DC, with a maximum consumption of 5 W.
The 12.7 cm (5") capacitive multi-touch screen has a resolution of 720 x 1280 (9:16) and a brightness of 300 nits, displaying images sharply and clearly.
The built-in microphone and speaker provide crystal-clear communication, while a factory reset button makes management easy.

Reliable in any environment
The Intercom Viewer operates reliably at temperatures from -10 to 40 °C and humidity of 5–95% (non-condensing). The device is CE, FCC and IC certified.

Software and management
The UniFi Intercom Viewer is managed via UniFi Access (version 1.22.17 or later), giving you a unified, intuitive interface for installing, monitoring and maintaining your access systems.
