The ZKTeco SpeedFace M4 is a high-end stand-alone fingerprint, face recognition, PIN and RFID card reader with a 5-inch touchscreen. The reader can be used both indoors and outdoors and is rated IP66 for weather resistance. The device is also suitable for attendance management.

Access is granted by fingerprint, face ID, PIN and/or proximity card or tag. The SpeedFace M4 is ideal for homes, apartment buildings, multi-tenant business premises and offices, and is often used for access control and time attendance.

Features

The ZKTeco SpeedFace M4 communicates via RS485 and Wiegand 26 and works stand-alone, so no separate controller is required. A powerful processor and sensor provide very fast and accurate BioID fingerprint scans. The SpeedFace M4 can be managed from the keypad and with free ZKTeco Windows software. For door access control, a PC software licence can be ordered in the options on this page.

Thanks to its IP66 rating, the reader is very well suited to outdoor use. It is supplied with a mini rain hood. The SpeedFace M4 stores up to 6,000 faces, 3,000 fingerprints and up to 200,000 users registered by PIN, card or tag. Face recognition uses a dual-sensor camera, making it reliable and fast.

The 5-inch display makes entering codes easy. The white LED has adjustable brightness, and the reader can be configured with an alarm.

The ZKTeco SpeedFace M4 is powered by a 12 V power supply (not included). A suitable power supply can be ordered in the options on this page. The Documentation tab contains a link to the manufacturer's website with extensive information, including the datasheet, software and manuals.
