This standalone time attendance terminal with integrated access control identifies employees quickly and accurately by fingerprint, RFID card (125 kHz EM), MF card (13.56 MHz), PIN code or combinations of these. You record working hours and manage access rights with a single compact device.

The clear 2.8" TFT colour display and numeric keypad make clocking in and administration very easy. Users see their working time immediately, while administrators can configure the device locally or connect it to software for central administration.

The system supports up to 3,000 fingerprints/cards and 50,000 log records, and offers extensive attendance functions such as 9 customisable attendance modes, personalised work codes, automatic mode switching and voice prompts for intuitive use. The relay output can, for example, drive a siren at shift changes.

For administration and reporting, the device connects via TCP/IP, WiFi or USB to ZKBioTime 8 (client-server) or GoTime Cloud (cloud-based). This lets you easily manage users, schedules and absences and generate detailed reports such as attendance lists, clocking lists, overtime and leave overviews.
